Before founding the company in 2019, Roland Rupprechter was Head of Asset Management at St. Galler Kantonalbank (Switzerland) and Hypo Vorarlberg (Austria) for over 20 years.

Nadja Rupprechter is a lecturer and holds a doctorate in media and communication studies from the University of Zurich. From 2021 to 2025, she was responsible for the communication and advertising strategy at R&B. She has been supporting the company pro bono since spring 2025.
